    Rice, black beans, pinto beans, mixed vegetables, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, fresh chopped tomato salsa, Blue Tortilla salsa, guacamole, and mild and hot salsa.

Bring Blue Tortilla Fresh Mexican Grille to your next gathering. Choose catering trays or a buffet-style burrito bar for 10–100 guests, with a minimum order for 10 people. Our taco and burrito bar includes vegetarian trays, so guests can build a meat-free plate, too.

Utensils, plates, and napkins are included. Pickup and delivery are available with at least one day’s notice. Call to discuss delivery arrangements for your event. Pickup is at 1070 Middle Country Road, Selden, NY 11784.
